• Due to the custom nature of the product(design and size) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item.

• I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my TOP priority. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me via email with in 48 hours of arrival so we can work on a resolution.

• My turn around time is 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

• We ship via USPS. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.

• We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. You will need to contact USPS for these problems.
